Central’s Horton hits 1,000 career points

One of the stars of the Central Rebels girls’ basketball team has hit a career milestone.
Junior Sophia Horton scored her 1,000th career point during Monday night’s win over South Iron.
Horton says getting to such a career marker so quickly has been a whirlwind.
Horton praises her coaches for being an endless resource.
And Horton thanks her teammates.
Horton was the Regional Radio Dream Team Player of the Year for girls’ basketball last season.
She is already verbally committed to play college basketball at Lindenwood.
