Central’s Khloe Dischbein is Dream Team Girls Basketball Player of the Year

(PARK HILLS) Khloe Dischbein of the Central Lady Rebels basketball team is the Winter Dream Team Girls Basketball Player of the Year. She averaged 16 points per game this season, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals per game. Dischbein says she gained perspective on the season after an injury over the summer.
Dischbein and the Lady Rebels gave it their all, as they went on a deep postseason run that ended with a second-place finish in Class 4. She describes what it was like to play in the Final Four and State Championship game.
Dischbein shares what she will remember the most from this season.
Khloe Dischbein plans to attend the University of Missouri in the fall to study biological science, with aspirations of working in the medical field. She finishes her basketball career with several accolades, including multiple all-state selections. This is Dischbein’s third selection to the Girls Basketball Dream Team and her first Player of the Year award.
