Changes to Commercial Driver License Testing Coming in December
The Missouri State Highway Patrol and Missouri Department of Revenue says a change has been made to the commercial driver license testing procedure.
Commercial driver license applicants should know the State is adopting a modernized testing standard which will begin December 4th. C.D.L. examiners at all patrol examination sites and all third-party examination sites will utilize the new testing procedure. The changes include a more streamlined pre-trip examination and more efficient basic skills course. Those wishing to prepare for a C.D.L. skills test administered on December 4th or after should utilize the New Missouri C.D.L. Manual. The current testing procedure will remain in effect until December 1st. For more info on this topic, go to dor.mo.gov.
