Chief Cremer remains hospitalized

(Festus) Festus Fire Chief Kevin Cremer is still on a ventilator at Mercy Jefferson and is said to be in rough shape. Festus City Administrator Greg Camp is asking the public to keep their fire chief in their thoughts as he continues to battle Covid-19.

Chief Cremer has been part of the Festus Fire Department since 2005, spent a few years as the full-time chief but in a part-time capacity until he was made the first-ever full-time paid Fire Chief with benefits in 2019.
