(St. Francois County) This is Holy Week for the Christian Faith, culminating in Easter Sunday. Some churches plan on holding outdoor services utilizing proper social distancing practices. Amber Elliot is the director of the St. Francois County Health Center in Park Hills. We asked her if they were okay with that happening.
