City of Festus working on concrete street repairs this spring/summer

(Festus) The City of Festus decided to address concrete streets when it comes to repairs and maintenance this spring and summer. Festus City Administrator Greg Camp says the first round of repairs will begin on Monday.

A well-traveled concrete roadway will see major repairs later this spring and that will be the scheduled STP project on South Mill Street to Veteran’s Boulevard. This project will include improvements to the roadway, adding sidewalks on both sides of the roadway which will be ADA accessible, and new street lighting.
