City of Park Hills Still Considering Changes for Trash Service

(Park Hills) The Park Hills City Council has been looking at possibly making some changes to the trash service in the city.

Mark McFarland is the Park Hills city administrator.

He says they recently got back some survey results.

And McFarland says injuries for sanitation workers is not that uncommon in Park Hills.

McFarland says one possible solution would be to purchase lifts for the trash trucks.

This would keep heavy lifting for sanitation workers to a minimum.

At this time, no decision has been made on the matter and the topic will be discussed more in the new year during future Park Hills City Council meetings.
