City of Potosi Looking to Grow

(Potosi) Some property owners outside of Potosi are looking at annexing themselves into town.

Mayor Joseph Blount wants that to happen but he says infrastructure work needs to happen first.

Currently, the city of Potosi has 2.33 square miles of land with a population of 2,660.

Potosi is the county seat of Washington County.
