Classes Going Well at Mineral Area College

MAC recently inducted 16 students into a prestigious honor society.
(Park Hills) Mineral Area College is into week number two of classes on campus in Park Hills and MAC President Dr. Joe Gilgour commends his students and faculty for following guidelines on mask wearing and social distancing.
Dr. Gilgour says 10 MAC students have tested positive for COVID-19 since classes began last Monday with 5 of those cases currently active. In other MAC news, they are using the campus theater for more things than just performances.
Dr. Gilgour says they also hosted the Southeast Missouri Superintendents meeting with around 70 superintendents from the southeast part of the state yesterday.
