Cleo Francis Halbrook of De Soto died Friday at the age of 96.
The funeral service will be Thursday at noon at Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Festus.
Visitation for Cleo Halbrook will be Thursday morning from 9 until the time of service at the funeral home.
