COMTREA Health Center Continues with COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics in March and Eventually April

(Jefferson County) So far more than 3,300 COVID-19 vaccines have been distributed by COMTREA Health Center to employees and community members since early February.

COMTREA has already hosted a handful of Community vaccination clinics with more planned in the future.

Nathanael Herbert is the Marketing Communications Manager with COMTREA. He says pending on supplies, they plan to distribute about 400 vaccines each week.

More clinics might be added in the future.

COMTREA has received more than 20,000 inquiry forms from those interested in receiving the vaccine.

COMTREA staff will be in contact with individuals who completed an inquiry form and are eligible under state guidelines to receive a vaccine when available.
