COMTREA Set to Distribute 350 Doses of the Moderna Vaccine

(Jefferson County) COMTREA Health Center will distribute 350 doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to those who are eligible during a vaccination clinic at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crystal City on Friday.

Nathanael Herbert is the Marketing Communications Manager at COMTREA. He says the event will run from 8am until 3pm.

According to Herbert, all 350 people who are eligible under the states vaccination guidelines in Phase 1A, 1B tier 1 and 1B tier 2 have been contacted and appointments are scheduled for this Friday.

COMTREA is planning to host additional vaccination clinics this month.

Again, all vaccination appointments through COMTREA are based on eligibility through the states vaccination guidelines as well as if you submitted an inquiry form through COMTREA’s website.

For those that are eligible and have submitted an inquiry form, staff from COMTREA will reach out to schedule an appointment to get the vaccine when available.
