COVID-19 Impacting Tourism

(Jefferson City) The spread of coronavirus is setting Missouri up to lose billions of dollars worth of sales revenue because of the lack of tourism.

Since Missouri reopened in June, the tourism industry has started to see a steady increase in activity, but it’s nowhere near where it normally is.

Last fiscal year, tourism brought in more than 14-billion dollars.
