COVID Advisory Issued

(Jefferson City) The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has issed a COVID-19 Hotspot Advisory for Iron, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve and Washington Counties as well as surrounding areas.
It’s based on data collected from mid August through September 1st.
Iron has seen 80 new cases in the past 14 days.
There has been 102 new cases in Ste. Genevieve County, 190 in Washington County and 563 in St. Francois County.
The department reports the percentage of people fully vaccinated in those counties ranges from 24.7 percent in Washington County to 30 percent in Iron County, 33.8 percent in St. Francois County and 35.2 percent in Ste. Genevieve County.
