(Ironton) A Crawford County man, who was arrested in 2017 for allegedly killing one of his twin infant daughters and leaving the other with serious injuries, has a new jury trial date set in Iron County on a change of venue from Crawford.

28-year-old Erick Ford of Cuba will go now to trial October 21st through the 23rd with his last chance to plea bargain on August 26th.

Ford was charged in Crawford County with two domestic assault charges and endangering the welfare of a child resulting in death.

Ford allegedly shook the two infants as he tried to get them to go to sleep on September 13th, 2017 at his home in Cuba.

The other girl received treatment for a skull fracture and bleeding of the brain.

Doctors said she may have permanent brain damage.
