(Caledonia) A Crawford County man has been arrested for stealing firearms from a Washington County home.

According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Department, 30-year-old Thomas John Coleman of Davisville allegedly broke into a home near Caledonia three different times between late June and early July, stealing firearms each time.

The homeowner reported told police four stolen guns were stolen, two shotguns, a 22-mag rifle and a 30-30 lever-action rifle.

The guns are valued at 1,475 dollars combined.

Coleman apparently admitted his crimes to investigators.

As of right now, no initial court date has been set for Coleman.

He’s charged with three counts of first degree burglary and four counts of stealing a firearm.
