Crawford County Man Who Shook Twins, Killing One, is Sentenced to Prison

(Ironton) A Crawford County man, who was arrested in 2017 for allegedly killing one of his twin infant daughters and leaving the other with serious injuries, was sentenced this week after being found guilty on three criminal counts in March in Iron County on a change of venue from Crawford County.

In all, 30-year-old Eric Ford received 24 years in prison for first and second degree domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree.

The man from Cuba shook his two infants as he tried to get them to go to sleep on September 13th, 2017 at his home in Cuba.

The other girl received treatment for a skull fracture and bleeding of the brain.
