Crawford Electric Annual Meeting Cancelled but Voting for Directors Still a Go

(Bourbon) Crawford Electric Cooperative, based in Bourbon, has decided to cancel the annual meeting of members scheduled for September 16th because of the pandemic.
In its place, the board is calling for a special meeting to occur the same day by virtual form, for the sole purpose of electing directors and approving 2019 reports.
Three directors will be elected and the open petition period for nominees starts this coming Monday the 18th.
When voting takes place on September 16th, Crawford Electric members can vote with a mail-in ballot or by secure electronic means.
