Crawford Electric Cooperative Nomination Period Begins for Board of Directors

(Bourbon)  Today is the start of the open nomination period for Crawford Electric consumer members who want to run for the co-op’s board of directors.

Three positions on the board need to be filled with an election coinciding with the annual meeting of members on Wednesday, September 13th.

Co-op members interested in running have until July 12th to file their nominating petitions, which must be signed by at least 15 co-op members.

Candidate information packets are at the co-op office in Bourbon.

The expiring director positions are held by Janice Dorson of Sullivan, Debbie Willette of Sullivan and Joe Cason of Cuba.
