Crystal City business boom

(Crystal City) Crystal City has seen an increase in new businesses in the last few years, and more are coming in the future. Crystal City City Administrator Jason Eisenbeis says there is more coming to the old K-Mart building in the Twin City Mall, and a new eatery has just opened up further north on Truman Boulevard.

Pretzel Pretzel in Crystal City hopes to be open by the end of this week. As far as the Twin City Mall, Harbor Freight opened a few years ago, on the other end Burke’s Outlet and Home Centric opened over the summer.

There are rumors of a Five Below store and an Old Navy filling spots in the old K-Mart building. It was announced a few weeks ago a Culver’s will be coming to the old Bandana’s BBQ lot on the east side of Truman Boulevard.
