Crystal City Fatal Shooting Investigation Continues

(Crystal City) The investigation into the fatal shooting of 36-year-old Crystal City resident Mary Praster continues.

Crystal City Police were called to a home on Bellamay Drive during the morning of October 10th for a report of a shooting.

According to Crystal City Police Chief Chad Helms, when police arrived on scene they found the shooting victim on the living room floor with multiple gunshot wounds.

According to the 77-year-old reporting party, she was allegedly threatened and attacked by Praster and that she supposedly shot the victim in self defense.
