Crystal City Man Arrested after Allegedly Stabbing a Festus Man in the Arm

(Festus) A Crystal City man was arrested by Festus Police early last Friday morning after he allegedly stabbed a 51 year-old Festus man in the arm.

Lewis says the victim identified the suspect as 21-year-old William Keith Wagner of Crystal City.Approximately 40 minutes after the assault Wagner was arrested after warrants were issued.
Festus Police have applied for charges of Assault in the 1st degree and Armed Criminal Action with a $100,000 cash or surety bond.
