Crystal City native cook book signing this weekend

(Crystal City) A Crystal City native will be back in town this weekend for a book signing. Chef Silverio Pagano, who now resides in Kansas City, has spent many years in the culinary arts profession and recently released a cook book. Pagano began working at a young age at the former Ponza Pizzeria in Crystal City. He says his time there and growing up around family dinners peaked his interest into becoming a chef.

Pagano also known at “The Singing Italian Chef” attended the Culinary Institute of America, and later worked at a few different locations in St. Louis including becoming the Executive Chef at Wash U, and evertually moved and worked in Kansas City. He says the cook book “Home Party Cookbook” has quite a few dishes in it.

The cookbook signing for “Home Party Cookbook” by Silverio Pagano “The Singing Italian Chef” will be held at the Crystal City Public Library this Saturday from 11AM until 3PM. The book can be purchased on Amazon as well as other online retailers.
