Crystal City Police on Thanksgiving Patrols

(Crystal City) Thanksgiving is coming up this Thursday and for some the holiday may look a little different in light of the pandemic.

However, that’s not detouring law enforcement agencies in preparing for what could be a busy travel time or a time for high crime.

We asked Crystal City Police Captain Mike Pruneau what they see crime wise during the Thanksgiving holiday period.

Crystal City Police are expected to have extra patrol officers out during the holiday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol also announced they will have all hands on deck while conducting operation C.A.R.E. throughout Thanksgiving week and weekend.
