Crystal City Residents Injured In Boating Accident

(Crystal City) A Crystal City woman was seriously injured in a boating accident over the weekend on the Mississippi River in Jefferson County.
According to the highway patrol, 40 year old Tim Nguyen of Crystal City was operating his Sea-Doo when he hit a wind dyke.
Tim Nguyen suffered minor injuries in the accident, but his passenger, 45 year old Katie Nguyen was seriously injured.
She was taken to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
Tim Nguyen was treated and released by Joachim-Plattin Ambulance personnel.
