Crystal City unveils new utility billing system

(Crystal City) Crystal City recently unveiled its new utility billing system.

City Administrator Jason Eisenbeis says the bills, which are running a week late, were mailed out on Tuesday.

Eisenbeis says with the new system they continue to work out all the bugs and learn the new platform.
