Crystal City water run off issues

(Crystal City) Crystal City is trying to fix a water issue that has been causing problems for some time. Crystal City City Administrator Jason Eisenbeis says there is believed to be a natural spring near Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens which continues to erode the intersection of Highway 61-67 and 11th Street.
Eisenbeis the problem got even worse a few years ago, which affected an area across 61-67.
Jokerst Paving will begin working on that area along Lindsey later this spring or summer.
