Darrel D. Lorenz – Service 1/3/20 10 A.M.

Darrell D. Lorenz of Festus passed away on Sunday at the age of 68. He was an 8th-grade teacher for the Sikeston R-6 School District and also an Insurance Broker at Vantage Point Financial Group. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crystal City and served as zone president of Lutheran Hour Ministries, was a member of Sikeston branch of Naifa and also a former assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop #426 in Festus.

He is survived by his mother, his wife Donna Lorenz, sons Dustin Lorenz of Texas and Devin Lorenz of Festus, sister Marsha Buchheit of Longtown, brother Dwayne Lorenz of Sikeston, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services for Darrel D. Lorenz will be on January 3rd, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crystal City.

Visitation will be on January 3rd, 2020 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service.

Memorials in Darrell’s memory are preferred to the Lutheran Hour Ministries.

Service arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
