De Soto Man Injured in One Vehicle Accident in Jefferson County

(Jefferson County) A De Soto man was injured in a one vehicle accident in Jefferson County on Tuesday morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2001 Dodge Dakota being driven by 30-year-old Dustin Maupin was driving north on Highway 21 when he lost control, travelled through the median, went airborne, and overturned.

Maupin was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident and was transported by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South with serious injuries.
