(Viburnum) Fans of Old Miners Days in Viburnum will be happy to hear the festival is coming back this fall after a being away for a while.

Melissa Keen is the festival committee president.

She says the festival will still be in early October.

But it costs quite a bit to put on a festival. Organizers have scheduled an 18-hole golf tournament next month to help raise money for Old Miners Day.

Keen says the tournament is Saturday, July 16th at the Viburnum Golf and Country Club and it will only cost $100 a team, but you need to hurry to sign up because the deadline is this Friday.

For questions, donations or to sign up your golf team, call Melissa Keen at 573-604-1060 or Tammy Jackson at 573-604-3473.

In case it rains, the tournament will be the following Saturday on July 23rd.
