Deputies Make an Arrest in Connection to Trespassing and Stealing at Ameren UE Substation

(House Springs) A 32-year-old man from High Ridge has been arrested in connection to a trespassing and stealing case at an Ameren UE substation in the 6400 block of Route MM in House Springs.
Grant Bissell is the Public Safety Information Coordinator with the sheriff’s office. He says the incident happened sometime between midnight and 6:30 in the morning on December 20th.
Bissell adds based on evidence found inside the stolen side by side, they were able to identify and arrest the suspect.
Deputies also located the spools of copper wire taken and returned it to Ameren.
The name of the High Ridge man arrested has not been released pending formal charges.
