DeSoto Man Injured In Car Crash In Jefferson County

(Jefferson County) A DeSoto man suffered moderate injuries after a car accident in Jefferson County Tuesday. Highway patrol says 78-year-old David Street was westbound on Oakvale Road, west of Log Cabin Lane, when he crossed the center line and traveled off the left side of the road. Street’s 2002 Ford Ranger then hit a road sign and a concrete barrier. Street was taken to Mercy Hospital South to treat his injuries.
