DeSoto’s Bradley burst onto wrestling scene with Dream Team season

(DeSoto) Ella Bradley is one of the burgeoning stars in girls’ wrestling.

The DeSoto Dragons sophomore takes her talents to the Regional Radio Dream Team after a breakout season.

Bradley won a district championship and finished third in the state at 159 pounds.

It was a year good enough to make her the fourth DeSoto wrestler since 2020 to make the Dream Team.

She says those great grapplers are the standard she sets for herself.

Bradley got to see one of those former DeSoto greats up close when she spent her freshman season as a teammate of 3-time state champion Jaycee Foeller.

Bradley says being around Foeller was getting a chance to witness a master class every day.

And it’s the teachers of the sport that Bradley thanks most for helping her become a force on the mat.

Bradley went 44-3 this season and won 6 tournament titles.
