Detectives investigating several cases of burglary and stealing in Jefferson County

(Jefferson County) Investigators with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office are looking into a case where funds were stolen from a bank account.

Sheriff’s office spokesman Grant Bissell says the suspect reportedly stole more than $7,000 from the victim’s account.

The transactions that had been made were to the individual who had borrowed the phone. Detectives are in the process of tracking down the suspect.

In a separate case, detectives are investigating a burglary that occurred in the 9800 block of Goldman Road in the Hillsboro area.
