Diane Katherine Skaggs of Festus passed away Saturday, May 13th, at the age of 81.
A memorial gathering for Diane Skaggs will be Wednesday morning, June 7th from 10 until the time of memorial mass at 11 at Our Lady Church in Festus. Interment in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City. Arrangements are under the direction of the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
