Dittmer Man Facing Numerous Charges in Connection to Home Invasion in Festus

(Festus) A Dittmer man is facing numerous charges after he allegedly broke into a home in the 600 block of South Adams Street in Festus armed with a knife.

46-year-old Timothy O’Hara has been charged with 2 counts of 1st Degree Assault, 2 counts of Armed Criminal Action, 1 count of 1st Degree Burglary and 1 count of Unlawful Use of a Weapon.

The call came in around 4:20am on September 22nd.

No injuries were reported on scene. O’Hara, who was out on parole, was immediately arrested and turned over to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
