Doe Run Company Offering Mineral Area College Scholarships

(Viburnum) The Doe Run Company wants high school seniors to apply for scholarships that the lead mining company is offering to those planning to attend Mineral Area College.

April Main is Doe Run’s human resource manager for their SEMO operations.

She says the deadline to apply is coming soon.

Main tells us who would have the best chance of being awarded these scholarships.

Interested students can obtain a scholarship application from the Financial Aid office at Mineral Area College in Park Hills.

Once again, the deadline to apply is Saturday, May 15th.
