Donald James Cooksey of Festus passed away Sunday at the age of 83. He was a plater at Hagar Hinge in St. Louis and retired as a mold maker for Ball-Foster in Pevely.
He is survived by sons Danny and David of Festus; daughters Kelli Frana of Festus, and Vicki Merrell of Imperial; sister GeraldineVessell of Festus; 14 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Donald Cooksey will be Saturday afternoon at 1 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus with interment in Presbyterian/Methodist Cemetery in Festus.
Visitation will be Saturday morning from 10 until the time of service at the funeral home.
Memorials in his memory are preferred to the National MPS Society.
