Donald Wayne Forsythe formerly of Farmington died May 19th at the age of 79.
A memorial service will be Sunday, June 14th, at 2 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Farmington.
Burial will be at the Hillview Memorial Gardens.
Visitation for Donald Forsythe will be Sunday, June 14th, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Farmington.
