Donna Litton brings in Ben Brown to the JCEDC

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation has been under the direction of Chief Executive Director Donna Litton since March. Litton took on the position after having worked in banking for many years. Litton was able to fill a key role on the staff with Ben Brown, whom she has worked with before at Enterprise Bank when it was known as Eagle Bank. Litton says bringing someone in with knowledge of SBA loans and the process was a top priority for her.

Brown says he and Donna the rest of the EDC staff, all have the same goals and vision in mind.

Brown says the EDC has programs and the ability to help small businesses that many banks cannot.
