(Farmington) No big changes for the second straight week as far as drought conditions go in southeast Missouri.
The latest U.S.D.A. Drought Monitor map of the state still shows moderate drought conditions in western Dent County and western and southern Shannon County.
Abnormally dry conditions continue in eastern Dent, northeast Shannon, all of Crawford and Jefferson counties, northern Washington, western Reynolds, southern Wayne and the western tip of Iron County.
The rest of the listening area continues to enjoy normal conditions.
Other parts of Missouri may have got a little worse in the last week.
Nearly 80-percent of Missouri is experiencing some type of drought conditions with nearly 11-percent in extreme drought at the moment.
