Drowning in Jefferson County

(Lake Tishomingo) A man is dead after apparently drowning in a car that rolled into Lake Tishomingo in Jefferson County.
Authorities say the 86-year-old was found dead inside the car Wednesday.
The victim was in the passenger’s seat when the driver left the car and went into a home.
The car then somehow began rolling backward.
His death has been ruled an accident.
