Ernest Randolph “Randy” Throop, of Barnhart, passed away, Friday, July 17th at the age of 63. He worked as a plumber for the Plumber Union 562 until his retirement in October 2018 In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, building things, tinkering with anything he could, fishing, but most all he enjoyed the time spent with his family especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Cheri, his three daughters, Christina Jo Pate of Poplar Bluff, Ashley Renee Rose and fiancé Timothy Kopec of Festus, Rebecca Lynn and A.J. Vernon of Herculaneum, ten grandchildren, his four brothers, Louis Throop of Ellington, Stanley Throop of Ellington, Kenneth Throop of Arnold, and Scott Throop of Ellington, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation for Randy Throop will be Friday afternoon from 4 until 7 at the Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
