Face Cover Order Gone In St. Francois County

(Park Hills) The face covering order for St. Francois County is no longer in effect. The health center board of trustees did not vote to extend the order at it’s last meeting. Amber Elliot is the director of the county health department in Park Hills. She says that doesn’t mean there still isn’t an issue with COVID-19 in the county.
The latest numbers show St. Francois County with just over three thousand positive cases of COVID-19 since March. In addition, 22 people have died.
