(Hillsboro) The fall semester is well underway for students and teachers at Jefferson College.

With the COVID-19 pandemic still on the forefront of the news, the college continues to offer a variety of class options including on campus and online learning or a mix between the two.

Jefferson College President Dr. Dena McCaffrey says overall, the fall semester has started off really well for the college.

Other safety restrictions have also been implemented.

As part of Federal CARES Act funding, Jefferson College received around $2.6 million to assist students and help with mitigation costs related to coronavirus.
