Family Emergency Preparedness Fair Coming To Farmington

(Farmington) A number of area churches are teaming up with the city of Farmington to hold a Family Emergency Preparedness Fair on Tuesday, September 11th at the Centene Center. Callie Hargiss is one of the organizers of the event, which will include a number of booths and displays.

A special tribute to the 20th anniversary of 9/11 will take place and local veterans will be recognized. Hargiss says they’re also asking those who attend to bring canned food items and socks.
