(Farmington, Mo.) Spring sports in Missouri were officially canceled earlier this month by MSHSAA, but Farmington Athletics and Activities Director, John Bacon, says those athletes, including graduating seniors, may be able to play some exhibition games in June.

Normally, once an athlete or participant graduates from high school they are ineligible for high school athletics, but an exception will be made if they are able to play the sport in June. Bacon also says the fall sports season, as of right now, is a go.

According to the MSHSAA website, Farmington’s first scheduled athletic events are football against North County and softball at the Rockwood Summit Tournament both on August 28th.
