(Farmington) Farmington has an up coming election in April and while there are no contested races there are a few questions on the ballot that could help improve roads and parks. Greg Beavers, a Farmington City Administrator explains the first tax.

Beavers says in order top keep Farmigton roads up to date this tax must remain.

The other tax on the ballot concerns parks and storm water, a strange combo to be sure but Beavers runs it down.

Beavers wants the people of Farmington to know this isn’t a new tax.

Both of these taxes take a simple majority to pass according to Beavers. April 7th is also municipal election day and the ballot isn’t full of intrigue.

Polling takes place in the same locations and same time, 6 am, on April 7th.
