(FARMINGTON, Mo.) – The Farmington Knights and Central Lady Rebels are both fresh off of Class 4 Distict 2 Championships and now move on to the Sectional Round Tuesday night on J-98 at the Civic Center in Farmington.

The boys will play the first game of the evening as the 25-2 Farmington Knights face off against the 25-3 Cape Central Tigers. #3 Cape Central is one of two teams who beat #4 Farmington this season, topping them 73-62 on December 14th.

Head coach of the Farmington Knights Terry Noble says that Farmington is far more balanced now.

Cape Central is coming off a 68-59 upset victory in the Class 4 District 1 Championship Game over the top team in class 4, the Sikeston Bulldogs.
Head coach Terry Noble says that there isn’t much difference between Cape Central and Sikeston in terms of talent and athleticism.

The second game of the night will feature the 22-4 Central Lady Rebels doing battle with 20-7 Cape Notre Dame. Central is coming off an exciting 48-41 Class 4, District 2 title victory over the Ste. Genevieve Dragons last Thursday.
Head coach Josh Mapes says this season has been all about overcoming adversity.

The Cape Notre Dame Lady Bulldogs actually defeated the Lady Rebels in Park Hills 70-61 in early January.
Bulldogs head coach Kirk Boeller remembers the contest as very uptempo and expects the same this time around.

Action on Tuesday begins at 5:45 on J-98 with the Fliegs Equipment Pregame Show.
