The Knights started the second half with the ball and used a 56 yard option play to push deep into Mules territory. However, Farmington couldn’t score and Bluff responded with three second half touchdowns. Mule’s quarterback Jay Edmundson keyed the offense with 178 rushing yards and 226 passing yards. Romeoh Wontor and Darius Graham both surpassed 100 yards receiving. Wontor grabbed eight balls for 111 yards. Graham had six catches for 114.
Farmington coach Erik Kruppe says one good half of football wasn’t enough to beat Poplar Bluff…

Kaesen McClain led the Knights in rushing with 68 yards on 11 carries.
Both the Knights and the Mules enter week eight at 4-3. Farmington goes to Festus. Poplar Bluff will host Kennett.
